Mohit Dudeja

Mohit is the pioneering founder and president of the Mendlife Foundation. His academic pursuit has led him to a Ph.D. in Educational Studies, a distinguished program jointly offered by Lakehead University, Brock University, and the University of Windsor, Canada, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lakehead University.

Dudeja's research work examines the intricate connections between gender, sexuality, and education, with his current focus on the internationalization of Education and its intersection with queer identities. Previously, he has worked with prestigious organizations such as the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) and World Brain Center & Research Institute to further his critical work; presented a developing framework to engage men and boys in work on masculinities at the esteemed International MenEngage Symposium, besides speaking at numerous national and international forums on gender, sexuality, and education.

In addition to his diverse academic and research pursuits, Mohit is also a trained queer affirmative psychotherapist. He has extensive experience working with marginalized communities and providing mental health services to individuals from diverse backgrounds. His expertise in this area adds a unique and valuable dimension to the Mendlife Foundation's work, which seeks to promote mental health and well-being among underprivileged communities.
